How do I book an appointment?
Use the online booking calendar to pick a time that works for you, or send a message through the contact form or email. You'll receive confirmation with the appointment details.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day and next-day appointments are often available, but booking a few days ahead is recommended for real estate closings or loan signings, since those appointments require more preparation time.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend appointments?
Yes — after-hours appointments are available by request outside of standard hours. See the Hours section on the homepage for current availability.
Do you travel to me, or do I come to you?
Both are available. Mobile appointments are offered throughout Atlanta and the surrounding metro area — homes, offices, hospitals, or another location of your choosing.
What forms of ID do I need to bring?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for every signer — a driver's license, state ID, or passport. Notarization cannot be performed without proper identification.
Do all signers need to be present?
Yes. Every person signing a document that requires notarization must be personally present and able to present valid ID at the time of the appointment.
Should my document already be signed before the appointment?
No — for most notarial acts, the signature needs to happen in front of the notary. Please wait to sign until your appointment unless otherwise instructed.
What types of documents can you notarize?
Common documents include affidavits, powers of attorney, medical directives, consent forms, loan and real estate closing packages, and other personal or business documents requiring an acknowledgment, jurat, or oath.
Do you handle real estate closings and loan signings?
Yes, loan signing and real estate closing support is one of the core services offered, including purchase, refinance, and other real estate document packages.
Can a notary give legal advice or help me fill out my document?
No. A notary public cannot give legal advice, prepare legal documents, or tell you what to write. If you have questions about the content of a document, an attorney should be consulted before the appointment.
Do you offer Remote Online Notarization (RON)?
Not currently. Georgia does not have a permanent remote online notarization law in effect, so all appointments are conducted in person.
How much does notarization cost?
Georgia law caps the fee for the notarial act itself at $2 per signature. A separate travel fee applies for mobile appointments, based on distance and appointment type. Exact pricing is confirmed before the appointment — there are no surprise charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is collected at the appointment via tap-to-pay — contactless credit/debit cards and digital wallets are accepted.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible if your plans change. Details on any cancellation policy will be confirmed at the time of booking.
